1965 (AICTE Diploma)
He is Alumni of Delhi Polytechnic/ College of Art, New Delhi. Completed his Intermediate National Diploma in Art in 1963 and National Diploma in Applied Art (Interior Design) in 1965. He was the recipient of merit scholarship in college continuously for four years. He has done six months Training as Interior Designer from an agency at BITS, Pilani, Rajasthan. From very early age he showed keen interest in drawing and painting. He was a popular among students and faculty. He was elected member and Secretary of Art Society of Delhi Polytechnic. He was a member of the football team and boat club of Delhi Polytechnic. Educational tours from college widen his vision to support his aesthetic and creative values. He worked for Ford Foundation as a Design Artist and later joined his family firm of Interior Decoration jobs. He was a visiting faculty at College of Art, New Delhi from 1978 to 82.
