S.L. SUMAN did number of studies such as BFA (Painting) from College of Art, New Delhi in 1980, MA (Political Science) from University of Rajasthan, Diploma in Photography, New Delhi, Diploma in French Languages, JNU, New Delhi and professionally worked as PGT (Painting) & Vice Principal in Delhi Administration.
He exhibited number of shows and participation in Lalit Kala Academy, New Delhi, AIFACS, Sahitya Kala Parishad, Photo Division (Ministry of I&B, Govt. of India), India International Photography Council (IIPC) in National & International Exhibition of Print & Color Slides, College’s Annual Exhibitions during study period. Over 1000 works i.e. Painting, Graphics, Photographs & Color Slides exhibited in India & Abroad. Awards & achievements are more than 200 Awards (Prizes & Certificates of Merit) received in National & International Exhibitions, Associate ship of IIPC, Gold & Platinum standard, First position in top 10 Photographers List of Who’s who in India in 1997, Many photographs published in Magazines & Catalogues on (Cover & Inside), Many Cash awards in Photography and Color slides exhibitions of National and Best Teacher award at National Level (C.C.R.T.) in 1992.
