“Rattan Kumar, a retired Vice Principal from the Department of Education, Delhi Administration, is a globally recognized artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from Delhi’s prestigious College of Arts.
He has received awards such as the ‘Best Entry in Painting’ from Sahitya Kala Parishad and the ‘First Prize’ from College of Arts. His artwork has been exhibited in solo and group shows at esteemed galleries and institutions worldwide, including the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, Jehangir Art Gallery, and Lalit Kala Akademi.
