Hi, I am Deepak Vishwakarma, Graduate in sculptor from college of arts, Delhi University, and went to NID in 2010 to do my Masters in design in ceramic and glass design.
During my graduation, I have works mostly with all the medium but clay has always been very close to my heart as I started working in clay from class 6th. Clay being a very expressive material has always gave me a chance and freedom to express me with a very spontaneous manner. Most of my work revolves around human emotions and expressions, and myself.
In my masters program at National Institute of Design also I got the chance to study clay again.. where I tried to amalgamate the language of art and design together. A beauty of aesthetic along with functionality. As an artist emotion of human being is something which always given me inspiration for my artwork.
