Deepak has worked in leading advertising agencies in Delhi and Mumbai such as Leo Burnett, Ogilvy & Mather, Saatchi & Saatchi, Rediffusion and Wieden+Kennedy.
He has won various international and national awards in advertising, design, animation and photography including D&AD, One Show, Goafest, Graphic Design Biennale (Brno), International Photo Award (IPA), Kyoorius Design Awards among others and was included in Brand Equity’s Top 10 Young Advertising Creatives in India in 2006.
He has worked on various brands such as Airtel, Hindustan Times, Mastercard, Nokia, Seagram, Hyundai, Hutch, Gillette, Sony, Tata Sky, Indian Oil, Mother Dairy, Reid & Taylor, Discovery, Zee and Star TV among many others during his stint in advertising.
He started his own design studio in 2013 called Graphite. Apart from design and art direction, his fields of interest include calligraphy, photography, animation, typeface design and amateur astronomy.
